a. With the appointment of H E Ratna Vajra Sakya Ven. Tashi Wangyal a senior monk of Sakya Centre in India arrived at Sakya Pandita Dharma Chakra Monastery, Ulaanbaatar in June 2013. Ven. Tashi Wangyal arrived from Tibet in India in the year 2000. He has undergone rigorous ritual studies at Sakya Centre and had completed a number of retreats related to Sakya tradition’s primary meditative and protector deities.

b. Monks of Sakya Pandita Dharma Chakra Monastery who were sent to India for extensive Sakya studies from 2007 has returned to their home monastery in Ulaanbaatar in May 2013. Currently, the monks are successfully carrying out daily ritual proceedings by themselves under the supervision of their Vajra Master Ven. Tashi Wangyal.

c. Visit of Mr. Altangerel, the Ambassador of Mongolia to the United States of America to Sakya Pandita Dharma Chakra Monastery. Mr. Altangerel is a kind fund raiser for Sakya Pandita Dharma Chakra Monastery. His generous contributions have helped the monastery with its undergoing construction work and daily sustenance of the monks.
